Basket Duo · Your privacy
Privacy Policy
Your game progress stays on your device. Advertising and purchases use Google and Apple services. Here is how these different kinds of data are handled.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Basket Duo iOS app by deSmet and support requests about the game. It describes local saves, in-app purchases and advertising services. Basket Duo does not require registration, a player profile or a deSmet account.
For questions about your data or privacy, use the support contact at the end of this page.
2. Game data on your device
The game saves stars and gems, energy and recovery times, high scores, completed levels, medals, upgrades, unlocked and selected balls and themes, sound preferences, permanent purchase entitlements and identifiers of already processed transactions. Local advertising counters and reward records help limit ads and prevent duplicate rewards.
This data is used to continue your game and record reward delivery. It is saved in a local application file; older saves may be migrated from device preferences. The game does not send your gameplay save to a deSmet server or provide progress synchronization between devices. Apple device backups may include app data, depending on your backup settings.
3. Google AdMob advertising
Basket Duo uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for rewarded advertising and supports interstitial ads between game sessions in versions where they are enabled. Loading an ad can contact Google before you choose to watch it.
Google describes SDK processing that may include an IP address and approximate location, device identifiers, ad and interaction data, crashes and performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Processing depends on device settings, region and available consent choices.

The No Ads purchase disables interstitial ads. Optional reward videos remain available; this purchase does not mean that all advertising SDK processing is disabled.
4. Advertising privacy choices
The game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check whether a privacy message is required and present available choices. Ad requests are made after UMP indicates that they are permitted. Available choices depend on your region and service configuration.
When UMP requires a way to change your choices, the shop’s Bank & Premium section shows Advertising privacy settings. Use it to revisit the available settings. You can also manage system permissions in iOS Settings. Declining personalization does not itself mean that ads or all advertising-related data processing stop.
5. Purchases through Apple
Purchases use the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment and Apple Account information. Basket Duo receives verified transaction information needed to deliver items and restore permanent purchases, such as product and transaction identifiers and entitlement status. We do not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password.
Processed transaction records are saved with local progress to prevent a purchase from being credited twice. Permanent No Ads and VIP Gold purchases can be restored through Apple. Stars and energy refills are consumables and are not restored by that button.
6. Contacting support
If you contact support, we receive what you choose to send, such as a reply address, a description of the problem and attachments. This is used to answer and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or documents that are unnecessary for the issue. Remove unrelated personal details from screenshots before sharing them.
7. Storage, deletion and your rights
Local progress is retained while app data remains on your device. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local data from that device. Apple backups, purchase records and data processed by Google or Apple are managed separately by those services; deleting the game does not automatically delete them.
Deleting the game may cause loss of local progress and consumable currency. Restoring permanent purchases does not restore an entire game save. Basket Duo has no server account to delete. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to support. Depending on your region, you may have additional rights relating to personal data.
Google and Apple explain their own retention, processing across countries and available data controls in the policies linked above.
8. Children and family settings
The game does not ask for a date of birth and has no personal profiles or chat. Please check its age rating in the App Store. Parents and guardians can use Apple Screen Time and Ask to Buy to manage access and purchases. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so that we can review and delete it.
9. Policy changes
This page is updated when data practices change. The latest update date appears at the top. If the app adds accounts, synchronization or other services, this policy will be updated to describe them before they are used.
